TalentIQ is one part product and two parts service. We are a global team of Talent Intelligence Analysts that get you the actionable insights from valid and reliable sources.
What Data Sets Do You Use?
Every country is a bit different when it comes to how valuable certain data is. For example, we would never use People Aggregator data sets when reporting on countries where online profiles are not the norm.
We typically combine a mix of Government Reports, Profile Data, Job Posting Data, Skills Taxonomy Sets, Benchmark Compensation Data, Analyst Reports, and Qualitative Research for most request.

Of Course! Working with a variety of global enterprise clients means that we've taken the steps to ensure all data transmitted and communicated between our parties meets your needs. When using tools like SourceAssist AI, no user input information is stored on our end and no information is used to train our LLM.
We are a SOC 2 compliant organization and willing to adapt our process to meet your organization's security standards.
When doing analysis that involves your internal people data, we ask that data is scrubbed of personal data before analysis to ensure anonymity and compliance with global data protection laws. When personal information is unavoidable, you are able to upload data direct through a secure portal. We are always happy to assist with the anonymization of data in the process.

Every country presents different strengths and weaknesses when considering its available data. We believe that the quality of our datasets and qualitative research accurately reflect what is available in the global market.
To help the conversation, we have categorized countries into a tier system that reflects our confidence in our data and methodology in the region. Tier 1 is the highest level of confidence.
